As a random aside, I've heard quite a few stories of super fit and healthy cyclists riding the GDMBR and having weird symptoms and breathing issues between Butte and Lincoln in Montana. Would be interested to discover if it's a canary/mould/MCS phenomenon or if something else going on.
That's interesting. I haven't been there so I don't have any info on it unfortunately. Certainly sounds like some kind of red flag if healthy people are struggling in the same location!
